Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to emo77 and the right to open an Account and place Bets are subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. emo77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with the Indonesian market standard for adult gaming platforms. Registering while underage is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise lawfully entitled to access online gaming services from your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing emo77 is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under any legal disability, court-imposed restriction, or self-exclusion order may not register or use emo77.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) emo77 Account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.
• Not an Employee or Associate: Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of emo77 and its technology or content partners are not permitted to hold a playing account or place real-money Bets on the platform.

Account Registration

To access real-money features on emo77 you must complete the registration process via the emo77 Login page. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. emo77 is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate registration data.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• A valid, active mobile phone number registered in Indonesia (used for OTP verification and two-factor authentication).
• A valid email address that you control and monitor regularly.
• A username that does not impersonate another person or entity.
• A strong password of at least eight characters, combining letters, numbers, and special characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• A valid Indonesian bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, or BSI) or registered e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials. emo77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify emo77 support immediately via live chat. emo77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Member failed to safeguard their login credentials.

3.3 Account Updates

You must promptly update your Account details if any registered information changes, particularly your bank account number or registered e-wallet. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as your emo77 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

emo77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. emo77 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are normally credited to your emo77 Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In exceptional cases, bank transfer credits may take up to 30 minutes during peak processing periods. If a deposit is not credited within 60 minutes, contact emo77 support with your transaction receipt for manual verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, provided that method is registered under the same name as the emo77 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. emo77 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during operational hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at 08:00 WIB the following day.

4.3 KYC Verification

emo77 applies KYC verification before processing a Player's first withdrawal and upon reaching cumulative withdrawal thresholds. Required documents may include: a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport), a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming ownership, and, in some cases, a selfie photograph holding the ID document. Failure to complete KYC within seven (7) days of request will result in withdrawal suspension until the process is complete.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering

emo77 maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) controls in compliance with internationally recognized standards. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a clear, legitimate source of funds may be held pending investigation. emo77 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory authorities. Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine entertainment betting are strictly prohibited and constitute a Prohibited Activity under these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

emo77 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian calendar events such as Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) apply to sportsbook bets that contribute toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active and unwagered will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• emo77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any change does not adversely affect bets already placed under the prior terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit emo77 promotions through systematic wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, through the use of multiple accounts, or through coordinated play with other Members, constitutes bonus abuse and is a Prohibited Activity. emo77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect such patterns. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds and derived winnings voided, and the account may be permanently suspended.

Betting & Game Rules

emo77 offers several distinct wagering products, each governed by product-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. The main products available on the platform are:

• Sportsbook: Pre-match and live betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit in Lombok), volleyball, basketball, and E-sports (MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Markets include Asian handicap (voor bola), 1X2, over/under, and accumulator (mix parlay) selections.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

All bets are subject to emo77's acceptance. emo77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including — without limitation — where a pricing error has occurred, where a match or event has been suspended, or where emo77 has reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation or irregular betting patterns on a market. Where a bet is cancelled after stake deduction, the full stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

6.2 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the Player must contact emo77 support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. emo77's decision on all game-outcome disputes is final, subject to any override required by the relevant game provider's certified RNG audit records.

Responsible Gaming

emo77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. emo77 provides the following tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure in-session notifications that remind them of time elapsed during an active gaming session.

Intellectual Property

All content on the emo77 platform — including but not limited to the emo77 brand name, logo, graphics, page layouts, software interfaces, game content (where operated directly by emo77), promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of emo77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the emo77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the emo77 platform without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to emo77 for display on the platform. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, emo77 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

emo77 shall not be liable to any Member for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill;
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider delays, bank processing times, or network outages beyond emo77's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Member failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Where emo77's liability cannot be excluded by law, emo77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

emo77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: Account registration and identity verification (KYC), deposit and withdrawal transaction processing, fraud detection and AML monitoring, customer support communications, and the delivery of promotional communications to Members who have opted in. emo77 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Suspension & Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or money laundering;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction;
• The Member's own written request for account closure.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons attributable to the Member's breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be voided. Any remaining real-money balance (exclusive of void Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after the completion of any pending AML or KYC review, which may take up to 30 business days.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting emo77 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be settled to the registered payment method before closure is finalized.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which emo77 holds its principal operating license.

emo77 operates under international gaming licenses and applies the compliance and regulatory requirements of those frameworks. The platform is made available to Indonesian residents on the basis that each Member independently confirms their legal entitlement to access online gaming services. emo77 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions, and it is each Member's sole responsibility to verify their local legal position.

Any dispute between a Member and emo77 that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 6.2) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.
